Mango Tango juice is a nutrient dense glass of deliciousness full of anti-oxidants and cancer fighting properties. It can be consumed as is or used as a base for a delicious smoothie or protein meal replacement drink!
(serves 1)
- 1 medium mango
- ½ cup of pineapple
- 2 cups of spinach

Optionally you can turn this healthy juice into a Smoothie/Protein drink by adding the following:
(serves 2)
- 2 tbsp hemp or flax oil
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, Muscle Plus Labs – IsoPlex
- 2 scoops glutamine powder, Muscle Plus Labs – MedX
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1-1½ cups of coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice, add more or less for desired consistency
