Mango Tango Booster Drink

Mango Tango juice is a nutrient dense glass of deliciousness full of anti-oxidants and cancer fighting properties. It can be consumed as is or used as a base for a delicious smoothie or protein meal replacement drink!

(serves 1)

  • 1 medium mango
  • ½ cup of pineapple
  • 2 cups of spinach

Benefits: anti-inflammatory, antioxidants (mangiferin, quercetin), vitamins (A, C, D, K), chlorophyll, iron, folate and alkalizing properties

 


Optionally you can turn this healthy juice into a Smoothie/Protein drink by adding the following:

(serves 2)

  • 2 tbsp hemp or flax oil
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, Muscle Plus Labs – IsoPlex
  • 2 scoops glutamine powder, Muscle Plus Labs – MedX
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1-1½ cups of coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice, add more or less for desired consistency

Additional Benefits: anti-inflammatory, antioxidants, essential fatty acids (EFAs),  vitamins (B, C, magnesium, manganese, potassium & zinc), amino acids, iron, calcium, fiber, cytokine, electrolytes, phyto-hormones and alkalizing properties
