The original recipe will make vanilla protein cream and can be poured over sliced peaches, or any other fruit of your choosing!
To make the vanilla chia pudding, mix chia seeds, vanilla, & 2/3 cup of milk, almond or coconut milk and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 20 minutes (preferably overnight bc the longer it sits the thicker it will get) Place chia pudding in the bottom of a tall glass, or bowl, and layer with peaches or fave fruit. Mix protein powder, Vega One, with remaining 2/3 cup of milk or milk alternative and pour over top of the fruit. Enjoy!
Peaches & Protein Cream
Makes 1 serving
3TBSP chia seeds
1 ripe peach, sliced or chopped
1 1/3 almond milk, or non dairy milk of choice, divided (used So Delicious Unsweetened Almond Milk Plus Protein)
1tsp pure vanilla
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (used Vega One French Vanilla Nutritional Shake)
dash of cinnamon (optional)
