Super Simple High Protein Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:
250g Greek Yogurt, 0% m.f.
1-2 scoops Chocolate Fudge Perfect Whey by Perfect Nutrition
Directions:
Stir approximately 1-2 scoops of Chocolate Fudge New Zealand Whey Powder into 1c/250g of unflavoured low fat Greek Yogurt (more powder makes it thicker) Refrigerate for 30 min to 2 hours. It’s that simple!
Variations:
Combine Chocolate Fudge Perfect Whey w flavoured Greek Yogurt ie: vanilla or coconut.

For an ‘ice cream’ variation, place in freezer instead!
