Super Simple High Protein Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
250g Greek Yogurt, 0% m.f.
2 scoops Refuel Protein –Black Forest Cake flavour
Directions:
Stir approximately 2 scoops of Black Forest Cake Refuel protein powder into 1c/250g of unflavoured low fat Greek Yogurt (more powder makes it thicker) Refrigerate for 30 min to 2 hours. It’s that simple!
Variations:
Combine Refuel w flavoured Greek Yogurt ie: vanilla or coconut.
